Safarali\u00a0refused to\u00a0give up and\u00a0instead, he\u00a0founded the Association “Cooperation to Combat Tuberculosis in Tajikistan” (Stop TB)\u00a0and became\u00a0its chairman.<\/p>\n
The\u00a0organization’s\u00a0main goal\u00a0is to provide\u00a0timely identification, diagnosis,\u00a0and\u00a0treatment\u00a0for\u00a0tuberculosis patients.<\/p>\n

From May 16-18, the Ministry of Health and Social Protection of\u00a0Population of Tajikistan,\u00a0in collaboration\u00a0with the USAID\u00a0Central Asia\u00a0Project\u00a0and the\u00a0PAS\u00a0Center for Health Policy and Research, will\u00a0host\u00a0two additional events.<\/p>\n
