To transfer 10 portable x-ray machines.

On October 24, 2022, the Republican Center for Population Protection against Tuberculosis hosted a meeting with the participation of Deputy Minister of Health and Social Protection of Population of the Republic of Tajikistan, Amirzoda A.A., and representatives of the UNDP to officially transfer 10 portable X-ray machines equipped with artificial intelligence to tuberculosis protection centers in cities and districts across the country. These devices are intended for the timely detection of tuberculosis among contacts from tuberculosis hotspots and high-risk groups. The portable X-ray machines were purchased by the UDP through the Global Fund. In addition to the transfer, training seminars for international-level experts were held, and certificates were awarded to specialists from tuberculosis prevention and primary healthcare centers in cities and regions of the country.
